Lava Bread

Makes two loafs

Ingredients

 3,25 dl  Crushed Rye
 3,25 dl  Crushed Wheat
 2,5  dl  Flax-seeds
 1,5  dl  Bran
 2,5  dl  Dark molasses
 2    dl  Raisins
 8,5  dl  Wheat-flour
 1     l  Sour milk
 1   msk  Bicarbonate

Instructions

  1. Mix together !
  2. Grease and bread two 1,5 liters bread-molds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in the middle of the oven for 90 minutes in 150 degrees C.
