Lime and honey chicken
serves two
Ingredients
2 chicken breast filets
1 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice
0.75 dl water
1.5 stock cube (vegetable)
1.5 dl crème fraîche
1.5 tsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp liquid honey
chopped parsley leaves
salt, pepper
How to do it
Cut filets in pieces and fry them lightly, adding salt and pepper. Pour away excess grease. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour them over the chicken chunks. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Serving
Serve with boiled rice and fresh vegetables. Why not open that bottle of white wine that’s been standing around for so long?
