Ingredients for 4 people
you need: 200 g spicy sour milk cheese 250 g low fat curd cheese 125 g butter salt 200 ml cream
you prepare: 1) Crush the spicy sour milk cheese with a fork 2) Mix it with the low fat curd cheese 3) Melt both in a boiling water bath 4) Add butter and a little salt 5) Stir the creamy mass with an eggbeater 6) If you like you could add caraway, or not 7) Mix the mass with the cream 8) Stir while cooling down the cheese
